Sometimes products are made and turn out not quite perfect, meaning they didn't quite make the grade! Small imperfections like a little mark, a bit of a wonky zip or a misprint, but still deemed in perfect working order. Rather than binning them, it's better to sell them on at a fraction of the cost.
